I'm a clinical psychologist working with adults in private practice, drawing from somatic and neuroscience-informed approaches that attend to the relational, cultural, and physiological dimensions of mental health and wellbeing.
Deep Brain Reorienting
Developed by Dr Frank Corrigan, DBR is a transformational trauma psychotherapy that aims to access and process unresolved experiences by tracking the sequence of physiological responses that occurred when the deep brain was alerted to a threat or attachment disruption.
