Services
My professional development services are designed for mental health professionals based in Australasia and Southeast Asia who have completed Deep Brain Reorienting (DRB) Level 1 or above.
-
Consultation groups are generally organised by DBR training level and composed of up to four participants.
These monthly meetings focus on developing your understanding, clinical application, and embodied practice of the DBR training curriculum through case consultation, questions, and collaborative learning.
Consultation groups foster peer support and shared learning experiences while maintaining focus on DBR-specific knowledge and skill development.
-
Individual supervision sessions also focus on developing your understanding, clinical application, and embodied practice of the DBR training curriculum using similar methods to the consultation groups, but are more personalised and provide additional space for supervision around your broader professional practice and clinical work.
-
Both services are available online or in-person and are tailored to mental health professionals at different stages of their DBR practitioner development.
-
I also offer DBR therapy sessions for mental health professionals and trainees seeking support for their professional development, personal healing process, or acute or unresolved experiences arising in response to their work. Head to the Therapy page to learn more.
-
I completed DBR Levels 1 to 3 across 2021 and 2022 plus an additional experiential group from 2021 to 2024, under the tuition of Frank Corrigan.
I've also served as an assistant, senior assistant, and lead assistant in several online and in-person trainings with Frank and Andy Harkin.
Frank has been supervising me in a consultant-in-training role since 2025, along with other Australian-based DBR consultants.
Andy was my Sensorimotor Psychotherapy teacher, supervisor, and trainer-in-training mentor between 2013 and 2021.

Tier 1 is the fee for a standard 50-minute consultation recommended by the Australian Psychological Society, and would be the amount to pay if you're on a relatively high income or financially well-resourced.
Tiers 2 and 3 are offered for people on mid and lower incomes, who are unable to afford tiers 1 or 2.
If you can afford to pay a higher tier, please do so, as this supports the financial viability of my practice while enabling me to continue to offer accessible rates to those who need it.

Preparing for your Appointment/Group
-
Your initial appointment/group booking confirmation email will contain a link to an online new supervisee/consultee registration form. Please complete this ahead of your appointment/group to help me prepare.
-
How can I prepare for and make the most of my consultations?
To make the most of your consultations, I encourage you to prepare and present your enquiry or cases with a DBR focus. This might include:
Clarification of DBR theory
Application of the DBR Protocol Therapist Guidelines in practice
Integration of DBR into your existing practice/scope of practice
Queries on specific clients and case work.
Guidelines for case presentations
Keep your case presentations brief; you don't need to include extensive details about the client's history or context. Instead, organise the presentation in relation to the DBR sequence with specific questions around what you need support with.
