Deep Brain Reorienting®
Approved DBR Consultant supervised by Dr Frank Corrigan
Consultation and psychotherapy services with a regional focus on Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia.
DBR is a neuroscience-informed psychotherapy developed by Dr Frank Corrigan that supports the healing of shock at the core of traumatic experiences.
Embedded within an attuned and embodied therapeutic relationship, it gently tracks the original sequence of physiological responses that occurred when the deep brain was alerted to a threat or attachment disruption.
DBR has demonstrated a high level of efficacy with low drop-out rates in a randomised controlled trial for the treatment of PTSD and may also be helpful for other mental health concerns if unresolved events or attachment wounds appear to be responsible for the symptoms.
